Kenny Tan Kah Poh

Kenny is the founding partner of Kenny Tan & Co. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Oxford Brookes University, U.K. and the Certificate of Legal Practice from the Legal Qualifying Board of Malaysia. Kenny was admitted to the High Court of Malaya as an Advocate and Solicitor in 2011. He commenced his earlier legal practice in Messrs Lee Choon Wan as a corporate legal associate and was subsequently made a partner in January 2015. Kenny currently sits on the Board of LTKM Berhad as an independent non-executive director. Kenny has experience in diverge range of corporate and commercial transactions. His major areas of practice include capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, listing, venture capital, security dealings and corporate governance. Kenny has advised on among others, the following transactions:

• Listing of Dancomech Holdings Berhad and GFM Services Berhad.
• Sale of 31.44% equity interest in Century Logistics Berhad for approximately RM170 million.

U Wai Bing

Wai Bing graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Oxford Brookes University, U.K. and is a Barrister-at-Law of Lincoln’s Inn. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2011 and is qualified in both Peninsular Malaysia and Sabah. She was admitted to the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak in 2013 and High Court of Malaya in 2014.

Wai Bing is presently a partner in Kenny Tan & Co. Her areas of practice cover corporate and commercial and general litigation matters. Prior to joining Kenny Tan & Co, she was entrusted and responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating various corporate and commercial agreements; providing legal advisory work relating to corporate, construction and employment matters. She has experience in contentious matters relating to construction and land disputes. Wai Bing has advised clients from various industries on matters pertaining to:

• Capital Reduction Exercise;
• Joint Ventures;
• Employment Disputes;
• Land Acquisition Disputes
• Divorce, Custody and other Matrimonial Disputes;
• Construction Contracts and Disputes; and

ASSOCIATES

Reno Nga Chee Leang

Reno holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of London, U.K. and Certificate of Legal Practice from the Legal Qualifying Board of Malaysia. He was admitted to the High Court of Malaya as an Advocate and Solicitor in 2017.

Reno is currently in the Litigation and Corporate department, assisting the partners of the firm on matters pertaining to general litigation as well as corporate and commercial law.

Chloe Lee Mei Shi

Chloe holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Hertfordshire University, U.K. and Certificate of Legal Practice from the Legal Qualifying Board of Malaysia. She was admitted to the High Court of Malaya as an Advocate and Solicitor in 2017.

Thereafter, she started her practice with Kenny Tan & Co in 2017 and is currently assisting the partners of the firm on corporate and conveyancing matters.
